Tulsa Men's Club
TMC was formed in 1949 with a three-fold purpose: to promote good fellowship; to provide a means for members to meet and exchange ideas; and for members to engage in various forms of entertainment and recreation. TMC has a ceiling of 140 members and is governed by a 16-man Board of Directors. Members pay annual dues of $675 plus additional fees for most of the many functions held each year.
Before the Board of Directors can act on a new applicant, the applicant must:
* Be Sponsored by an existing member
* Complete an application form
* Provide a quality photograph
* Undergo an investigative interview with three Board Members
TMC operates on an April 1 – March 31 fiscal year and
annual dues for new members are prorated based on
date of election.

Major Activities
The premier functions of the TMC each year are 7 dances, with each dance chaired by a Board member with a team of TMC members and wives.
•
Inaugural Ball – the premier event of the year where the gavel is passed to the next President, and new officers and Board Members are recognized. A members-only, black tie dance at Southern Hills Country Club. Includes a credit bar, dinner and dancing to live music. Valet parking.

Spring Fling– an themed dance at Five Oaks Lodge. Includes a cash bar, a buffet dinner, and dancing to music by Keith McKinney. Guests encouraged. Valet parking.

Summer Dance – a themed dance at The Summit. Includes a cash bar, dinner, and dancing to the music of Flashback. Guests encouraged. Valet parking.

Fall Dance – a themed dance at Five Oaks Lodge that includes a cash bar, a western dinner, and dancing to
tba. Guests encouraged. Valet parking.

Christmas Tea Dance – a black tie optional dance at The Agora Center. Includes a cash bar, dinner, and dancing to
tba. Guests encouraged. Valet parking.

New Year’s Eve EVE Ball – A black tie dance at Southern Hills Country Club. Includes a credit bar, dinner, dancing to live music and bringing in the New Year at Midnight EST. Valet Parking

Valentine's Dance – - a dance at Southern Hills Country Club. Includes a credit bar, dinner, and dancing to
tba. Guests encouraged. Valet parking.
